Bright Been
At Bright Been Photography and films, we provide professional wedding photography services and adhere to a strict refund and cancellation policy due to the nature of our industry. By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Given the service-based nature of our business, Bright Been Photography and films does not offer direct or full refunds once a booking has been confirmed.
In the event of cancellation by the Client, Bright Been Photography and films reserves the right to retain the booking amount fee as per the following conditions: Cancellations made at least two (2) months prior to the event date: Bright Been Photography and films shall retain fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than two (2) months prior to the event date: The retained amount shall be credited towards future photography services with Bright Been Photography and films, provided that such credit must be utilized within twelve (12) months from the date of the original contract.
Cancellations occurring on or after the event date: If the event is canceled or disrupted after the Bright Been Photography and films team has arrived at the venue, the Client shall be liable for payment of the full contracted amount, and no refunds shall be issued.
In the unlikely event that Bright Been Photography and films is unable to perform its contractual obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, the following terms shall apply: Unavailability Due to Illness, Injury, or Other Emergencies: Bright Been Photography and films shall make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement photographer of comparable skill and experience.
Complete Data Loss: In the event of a total and irrecoverable loss of photographic data, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
This policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the formal contract provided to the Client during the onboarding process. The Client is encouraged to review the contract thoroughly before confirming the booking.
